For those of us who aren’t electronically inclined, can someone verify for me what I’m seeing? Is the movie crew using city property to ground electrical equipment? And if so, is there a possibility there could have been a discharge causing damage to public property?
That’s the point of grounding, to avoid dangerous discharge. It’s a good/appropriate/not-a-big-deal kind of thing.
Also it’s electrical code.
