This specific writer’s stuff is all over Ottawa and his scrawls seem to represent some crazed saga where a man is trying to lure a woman back into his arms after she had an abortion and left him. Or are make believe. All in whiteout and sometimes marker. Try to read as many in the series as you can. Usually on park benches and newspaper boxes.
Yep I saw one on that little path between Upper Lorne and Primrose not too long ago. Very dramatic!
