I love street art like this. It’s on a pedestal so I assume it’s meant to be there.
It would be fun to have them all over town in different colors. A bear, or whatever animal might be right for Ottawa. What would that be ?

Ben: your idea to have them around town in different colours might apply nicely to SOHO since they have buildings in various neighbourhoods all branded SOHO Parkdale, Lisgar, Champagne… and maybe someday Italy.
With Student housing next door I should think they want a camera on it. I would have liked that in my living room in row house on Adeline Street when I went to Carleton 30 years ago.
Making Ottawa a bit more “artsy” and fun, one gummy bear at a time…
Much better than the typical bronze structure or strip of grass we usually get.
